2. ELIGIBILITY

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Have legal ownership of any music or content you upload.
• Not be barred from using digital services under UK or international laws.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

To distribute music, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

3.2. Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

3.3. Account Termination

Motiva Groove may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Upload copyrighted content without permission.

4. REVENUE & PAYMENTS

4.1. Revenue Share

• Motiva Ltd retains 20% of all earnings in all cases.
• You earn 80% of net revenue from streams, downloads, and sales.

4.2. Payment Terms

• Payments are issued monthly if earnings reach €10 minimum payout.
• Payments are processed via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.
• You are responsible for any transaction fees and taxes in your country.

4.3. Fraud Prevention

Motiva Groove reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments if:

• Fraudulent streams, bots, or artificial engagement are detected.
• Your account is involved in copyright violations.

5. LIABILITY & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

5.1. Your Responsibility

By using Motiva Groove, you agree that you are fully responsible for your uploaded content. Motiva Ltd and its partners are NOT liable for:

• Copyright violations.
• Legal claims related to your music.
• Any financial or reputational losses.

5.2. No Liability for Motiva Ltd & Partners

• Motiva Ltd is only a platform and does not verify ownership of uploaded content.
• If legal action is taken against your content, you bear full responsibility.

5.3. Fraudulent or Illegal Actions

• If you upload unauthorized, stolen, or infringing content, you alone are liable.
• If your actions result in legal claims or financial damages, you must fully indemnify Motiva Ltd and its partners.
• Motiva Groove reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in fraud, illegal activity, or rights violations.

6. TERMINATION & MUSIC REMOVAL

6.1. Voluntary Removal

You can delete your account and remove your content at any time.

6.2. Account Termination by Motiva Groove

Motiva Ltd may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use.
• Engage in fraud, copyright infringement, or illegal activity.
• Fail to comply with our content and payment policies.

7. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

• This Agreement is governed by UK law.
• Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the UK courts.

8. ACCEPTANCE & AGREEMENT

By using Motiva Groove, you confirm that you:

• ✅Agree that Motiva Ltd is not legally responsible for your content.
• ✅Accept the 80/20 revenue share, with Motiva Ltd keeping 20% in all cases.
• ✅Agree to upload only content that you legally own.

If you do not agree, you must stop using Motiva Groove immediately.

FINAL NOTICE

By using Motiva Groove, both Artists and Record Labels agree to these terms and confirm that:

• ✅They understand Motiva Ltd retains 20% of all earnings.
• ✅They are fully responsible for any legal or copyright issues.
• ✅They indemnify Motiva Ltd from any claims, losses, or liabilities.

If you disagree with these terms, do not use Motiva Groove.
